Vaccination Schedule Tracker

IAP 2025 schedule · Per-family-member tracking · Reminders before due dates

Keeping track of vaccinations for multiple family members — infants, toddlers, school-age children, and elderly parents — is harder than it sounds. Missed vaccine doses leave families vulnerable. HealthAYF's vaccination tracker follows the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) 2025 recommended schedule and gives you a clear view of what's due, what's done, and what's coming up — for every member of your family.

IAP 2025 vaccination schedule

The tracker is pre-loaded with the complete IAP 2025 recommended vaccination schedule, the standard used by paediatricians across India. Vaccines are organised by the child's age, from birth through adolescence.

Per-family-member tracking

Each family member has their own vaccination record — your infant's schedule doesn't mix with your elderly parent's flu shot reminders. Switch profiles to see the right schedule for the right person.

  • Separate records for every family member under one account
  • Children follow the IAP schedule based on their date of birth
  • Adults can track annual flu shots, Tdap boosters, and travel vaccines
  • Elderly members can track pneumococcal, shingles, and COVID boosters

Due date reminders

HealthAYF sends reminders before upcoming vaccine due dates so nothing slips through. You get notified with enough time to book an appointment — not the morning of.

  • Push notification 7 days before due date
  • Push notification 1 day before due date
  • Reminders sent per family member — not one generic alert
  • Works on Android (via Expo push) and web browsers

Completion status & certificates

Mark vaccines as completed when given. HealthAYF records the date and optionally the healthcare provider. You can upload the vaccination certificate as a photo for permanent storage — useful for school admissions, travel, and medical consultations.

  • Mark status: Pending, Completed, or Skipped
  • Log the date and clinic where vaccine was given
  • Upload vaccination certificate photo
  • View complete vaccination history at any time
