IAP 2025 schedule · Per-family-member tracking · Reminders before due dates
Keeping track of vaccinations for multiple family members — infants, toddlers, school-age children, and elderly parents — is harder than it sounds. Missed vaccine doses leave families vulnerable. HealthAYF's vaccination tracker follows the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP) 2025 recommended schedule and gives you a clear view of what's due, what's done, and what's coming up — for every member of your family.
The tracker is pre-loaded with the complete IAP 2025 recommended vaccination schedule, the standard used by paediatricians across India. Vaccines are organised by the child's age, from birth through adolescence.

Each family member has their own vaccination record — your infant's schedule doesn't mix with your elderly parent's flu shot reminders. Switch profiles to see the right schedule for the right person.
HealthAYF sends reminders before upcoming vaccine due dates so nothing slips through. You get notified with enough time to book an appointment — not the morning of.
Mark vaccines as completed when given. HealthAYF records the date and optionally the healthcare provider. You can upload the vaccination certificate as a photo for permanent storage — useful for school admissions, travel, and medical consultations.
Vaccination isn't just for children. HealthAYF helps Indian families track adult and elderly vaccinations too — important for families managing aging parents.
